What we collect
When you submit the contact or demo form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, work email, company, and optionally your role, what you're interested in, and a message. We don't collect anything else through this site today.
Why we collect it
We use this information to respond to your message or demo request. We don't use it for any other purpose.
How it's stored
Form submissions are sent to a Google Sheet via a Google Apps Script Web App, hosted on Google's infrastructure. We don't currently use a separate database or CRM for this data.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not currently run any analytics tools and sets no cookies of its own. If we add analytics in the future, we'll update this policy to describe what's collected and offer appropriate controls.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your information to third parties. We don't share it outside ORVOCO except where required by law.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
